Cornish Language

Cornish language (Kernowek/Kernewek) is one of the less well known Brittonic languages, having gone extinct in the late 18th century and experiencing a revival in the 20th. As of 2014 it is official considered a minority language by the European Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities.

While teaching the Cornish language is not currently a primary objective for Cornwall Celtic Experience it is one of our interests and we have prepared a list of links to external sites who specialise in it.
